Maybe it’s a personal thing, but I’d opt for a walk-in shower instead of the bathtub as I don’t see families as your target audience for this setup.

My team has a management side that does good work. 

I currently lean toward upstate NY and MI (Detroit metro) as I live in the west but have family in Canada not far from those locations and the idea of being able to visit family with trips that can double as business write-offs is appealing.

Single family or multi? 

They said you can buy even single family home with a commercial loanThey don’t look at personal income.
