Assigning a contract is NOT wholesaling. 99% of all guru's and YouTube videos teach it wrong.

I am looking to connect with people who could teach/mentor or maybe just offer some encouraging words of advice.

I  have operated this way for years at very high level and I teach all of my mentees how to do this as well.

But honestly start from #1, you will not be disappointed and you will be surprised how fast you learn, just take it one episode at a time, every episode teaches something different and u will know which ones to skip, I know it seems like alot to start from day one but it is worth it.

My professional inspiration comes from all of you who are currently thriving from real estate investments, speaking, writing, blogging, podcasting, teaching, coaching -- all the things I would love to do in the future! 

You'll learn a lot more with your first investment than ANY class will teach you. 

I just wish schools would teach more “life skills” than some of the stuff they do teach that 99% of kids will never use.

@Franky AikensI love the ability to teach my kids that financial literacy plus real estate investing can lead to upward mobility.

At this point, I am seeking to finance my first property as a learning opportunity - something that will teach me the ropes and hopefully evolve into managing more properties. 

I was befriended by a gentle man who for some reason made it his purpose to teach me about real estate as more than a job but as a long term financial investment.
