doesn't mean you can't raise rent mind you, but long term tenants bring value to the table on their own.  

The game is to get you to pay for some type of fictional service to initiate the loan process.

They started recommending board games and all of this other weird stuff.

Just the name of the game.

If you're not immersed in this game you won't find any deals.

Been in the game for awhile but am expanding and looking for some more people to collaborate with. 

@Bharath Mun - I am going to repost one of my comments from a few months ago about Decatur as an FYI for you.Original post:"I have lived in north Alabama for over a decade - in all the years I've lived here, the only reason I've gone to Decatur was for the kids soccer games at the Jack Allen Soccer Complex (which is quite nice).

I am very new to the game and i'm more than open to receiving advice from anybody who's experienced in flipping, finding deals, or a real estate agent like myself!

@Stephen Chatto  if this is in a small town no chance that he is going to play that game well. 

I have a feeling her home buying might have derailed but if i knew this is why she was moving out when she gave me her notice i would have advised her to wait until at least she is at the closing table to give her notice because until you have your keys in hand a million things can go wrong with a home purchase in my opinion... so it is too late now, but i don't feel bad if she didn't plan where to go, she had a full month to figure it out.
