I wholly support that strategy as it remains in your name and income/options remain yours until such time as you actually turn it over.

In that regard, it's encouraging to pore over the forums and witness just how supportive this community is towards those, like myself, who are just starting out.My wife and I will be moving to Richmond, VA within the next couple of weeks and are hoping to make our first investment a "house hack." 

Make sure your market can support it.

This week I responded to his email about his yes vote to say while nobody wants a tax increase, I support his vote because it needed to be done.
