I have software engineering buddies that I consider very wealthy because they can quit their job and get 10 new job offers in a few weeks.  

I hope to learn as much as possible from here and make few friends along the way.My primary (only) job is I am a developer for large Software company.I am very curious person and I have  tried form Poker to Bitcoins and some more things, with various results.

REI isn't rocket science but no calculator or analyzing software is going to tell you the numbers you entered are wrong.

With my investors I can go through every property before sending them out.As far as pre-qualifying, I am happy to help them if they are just starting, but I won't submit offers or even look at properties without a pre-qualification letter or proof of funds first.
