It's always a struggle and takes a while to finally get paid which makes it tough on contractors.I don't think this is mandatory specifically to Chicago, but probably by most title companies.

Come to find out the seller did not disclose that there were two hoa’s as the lawyer stated after a call to himHe said the information he got was only one hoaMy father really couldn't afford to pay for another hoa it can pay it but every month he was struggling so he stop paying the 80 a month he said he didn't know he to pay now they they are taking him to court to foreclose on his houseMy question is since the sellers did not disclose that there were two hoa’s should they be responsible?
