Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.I can't speak to Florida law but Federal regs are in force.In the end, you just eat the extra cleaning, if any, but you can charge for damage caused by the guests or service animals.So in both cases of our service animal guests, they were excellent with zero issues.EDIT - The stupid forum prevents me from putting a link to the ADA rules -https://www.ada.gov/resources/service-animals-2010-requirements

The location of the lender doesn't necessarily impact your chances of getting a mortgage or the efficiency of the process however, local lenders have a better understanding of the local real estate market and regulations as they are more familiar with appraisers and other closing professionals in the area which can expedite the process and you will get a more personal touch and easier communication.

@Andy Ciordia.....its just as easy as "Hey do you offer any discounts since I have multiple properties that need work"As a person who does work in the Home Services Industry, it costs the vendor the same amount of time (most likely money too) do the work whether its 1 or 2 properties.
