I'd also recommend you fill out the keyword alerts, with the areas you're interested  in, the type property, etc. and when those subjects come up you'll be notified.

Also, fill the cracks with a flexible, siliconized, paintable caulk, instead of plaster.Hope that helps!

The unit I will occupy is empty right now and I requested it not to be filled since I will move in for the first year to take full advantage of the FHA financing ( I will still pay rent to myself to keep my finances and numbers on track).
