Where younger generations are settling for a 1 hour+ commute to be able to afford a house. 

And in 2023 up to present he does not have employment but just accepted at a military or base near where we live.  

Just want to know where is the best place to find section 8 tenants?

The only situation where I've seen it become successful is around the universities, specifically temple because of the amount of multi inventory.

Especially in FL where numbers barely work right now.

Unfortunately, so much of the literature and advice that is out there involves passive investments and/or situations where there are multiple investing parties in limited partnerships, etc.

Finding the right property manager, purchasing the right property in areas where tenants are attracted to live, and having the right strategy is what will determine your success.
