You can speak intelligently about a property analysis. 2) Don't constantly e-mail me junk in the worst parts of town. 3) I see you at the local meetups; you're an active member of the local REI community.4) You post resources on social media--blog posts, podcasts, books, etc.

then start networking in person or via social media.. now that you know who your avatar is, you can create social media posts that will attract these people to you.. and you build relationships that way. start building your team. ask who do i need to have on my team to be successful with what i want to do. then go out and find themjoin fb/linkedin groups and start posting in there. start adding value to the group before you put out your ask.. or you can post "newbie here looking to build my team. im looking for someone who can...good luck happy hunting and let me know if i can be of assistance. we all started at the beginning..

Salt Lake Community College, e.g. has a theatre program, but she's really quite interested to get far from Utah as she's on the LGBTQ+ spectrum and Utah isn't very friendly to her politically, socially, etc.I have read https://www.biggerpockets.com/... and thought she could consider a 4 plex in the Bronx, e.g., but maybe the extra stress would be just too much for a Freshman, in a new city, trying to get college done, and worry about owning property.
