As soon as I transfer pics from my camera to my networks (social media) which is going to big part of your success.

Honestly the more socially awkward the students the better.  

When you and others know someone socially you can get a gauge of who they are as a person in the areas that you interact with them. 

So I did some google searching and clicked on a few links b they really didnt have any experiencs with this guy or his mentor program, so more clickong and searching I saw a link that  I just  randomly clicked on that led me to a fourm that someone asked the samething I wanted to know "Is this mentor program worth it.

I've found a few on the internet but would prefer to use one that is recommended before moving forward with some random provider.

For sellers: direct mail, bandit signs, networking with other wholesalers, Craigslist, social media/Internet marketing, telling everyone you come in contact with what you do, etc etc For buyers: Local investors club, call for rent signs, mail to rental license holders in your state, Craigslist, networking with other real estate professionals, etc

Do a scrappy video with you and @Brandon Turner introducing the site or something, randomly split new visits to the site, and track how many folks sign up (or something like that, I'm not an expert on split testing).

Naturally they are going to need help in a lot of areas such as business planning, social media, public relations, and strategy in order to get the word out to the highest number of investors who will ultimately fund their deals.

On this off topic subject, does anyone have any good gift ideas for good contractors, or give any of their contractors random gifts on occasion to show apprication?
