I have found some pretty good sites with comp prices ( compareable rates of homes in the area ), and foreclose, bankruptcy, listings, which I think are pretty good..

I love this site.

I can't find it listed on mls or a co site though 2 nearby ones for sale are listed on the co site.

But thanks for the advice, this site really educated us on alot different angles in the what i call the Real Estate world.
