Those funding sources are public record.I would also become the squeaky wheel who wouldn't miss a single one of their REI meetings until the word was sufficiently spread about how they do business.The support you will find on this site is great but getting your money back, or some/most of it, will be better.

Search around the forums a bit to find the active tax pros on the site, reach out to a few, and see who's the best fit for you.Good luck!

The property is located in the first ring eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh along dedicated rapid transit line just four stops and 25 minutes from downtown.   

@David Ounanian I don't think they do any formal screening, but they lay out their tenant requirements clearly on the site where people can schedule appointments and they ask three questions about income level, felonies, and past problems with landlords.
