From what I understand from the replies: A series LLC is an LLC which acts as an LLC in itself but also has some type of subcategories where you can section off each property to be it's own entity?

Generally if you buy MF in lower income areas you will get better cashflow but less appreciation and will have to deal with section 8 type tenants.

@Kevin Branin You would be looking at a list of free and clear for a certain section of the city, such as a zipcode and you can manipulate the listing to view the MF only.
