an online version here or one on your computer?

Getting just a score or accept/decline answer just doesn't cut it IMO ...

I ran a credit report on a potential tenant and it came back with score of 508.

I am very new to all this but since I have an IT background I setup the open source version of SugarCRM.

Yesterday, I played against my two daughters, but we played the new version that has the speed Die.

I am looking for a lender who would look more at my credit score, an executed lease, and the property itself to justify the loan rather than my income.

I've also connected with some wholesalers and wholesaling companies, but their deals tend to be quite anemic lol.That's the cliff-notes version, let me know if you're interested in helping a noob like me out : )

the number of people permitted in that size duplex, that you screen for credit score of xxx or over, verifiable income source, and you verify housing references, and if that works for them you'd like to set an appointment up for showing your showing apartment on >>> date betweeen >>>and >>>.Meet them, show them the  apartment have application ready for them to fill out with ID you can verify.Why anyone would expect someone to do an applicaion with fee's prior to seeing the unit or verifying in advance that their ID matches to whom is applying is rather ODD.I've had people apply that couldn't come in person,, moving from out of state.. and I required copy of photo ID, application fee's via overnight mail.. and its worked but average is phone info, meet, show, apply, process application.Have your lease and documents ready, per your state law requirements. 

The average showerhead uses 2.1 gallons per minute- I put a 1.75 gpm version in my rentals, and haven't had a complaint.
