I like Twillo simply because you can do anything with it with the proper knowhow or someone who knows how to navigate it. 

I think where we may disagree is that this system applies to all...most people have no idea how these games are played.My logic is basically that the wealthy can afford to navigate the tax maze and thus pay little or no tax on assets that are artificially raised in price because of devaluing of the currency.

On the site, the "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and so do the forums.

And only use their title agents if you are comfortable with reading title commitments, know how to navigate a closing and what to look for.

Sounds like you need a buyers agent on your side because this is a very easy situation to navigate for an experienced agent.

Navigate the different precincts...learn the process and assure your paperwork is correct.
