We all have to work but practice safety!

Everyone is still competing against each other for survival,  it's just easy to lose sight of this fact in a comfortable society with safety nets in place.  

Peer Street alluded to safety of the investments because of their ownership in the property but our interest seems to be secured by some kind of all inclusive note that appears to be backed only by Peer Street Corp.

I live in Valrico for the peace and quiet and safety.

:lol: If you have a rough budget, just add in 20% for a safety net until you get more comfortable.

As you mentioned you were saved by appreciation on your current “loser” and you’re pretty much guaranteeing you won’t have that safety net with the suggested markets. 

Airbnb still needs to address quality standard and safety concerns.

The property looks in decent condition and since its on a main road I would think there would be less safety's concerns.

I'm not too familiar with the area, we initially had our mind set on Clovis or North of Herndon for nice neighborhood and safety, but that will be too long of a drive for me.
