Every suit I participated in, I was the plaintiff (all three) and didn't need some Suit to do it for me (and that covered 19yrs of self-management).If I need representation, THEN that's the time to invest in fees, IMO not month/month for years without any necessity.

The area it is in is a small town outside of Huntsville, AL but close to all the major plants on the river.

I lost 15 million in Lines of credit all in one year... disaster  for me.. and I had to retire them all.. very tough position to be in I can tell you...

I don't want this to sound cliché, but my financial goals are set very high, in the hundreds of millions, and I am trying to set a short term and long term plan for myself before diving in.

As the inspection and contractor bids come in I will keep adding to this post to see if my numbers check out, but with what is given now, what would you do in my situation?

Instead of just repairing I renovated the bathroom and kitchen for the unit I'm not living in.
