My question is, because of the condition that the other two properties are in, I think they’d be more beneficial to bulldoze and rebuild rather than a little rehab.

I suppose this also depends greatly on income coming in. 

Looking towards Ohio to invest in is a great idea. 

It could be the leads you are marketing to, it could be that your VA is poorly trained, it could be that your skiptracing is inaccurate, maybe the market you are in is the problem, it could be that you are marketing to people who are unmotivated.

Hello Rick, I get your point .I do have another question. when I first moved in , I wrote on the condition inventory sheet that the place reeked of weed.

especially if the market you're in is doing so well, AND you can find a BRRRR to do... slam dunk.Saving is WWWAAAAY too slow.
