.- The web site/company was very helpful in making my decision/selecting the product I needed so I feel they deserve the sale.I prefer shopping/buying in a store when:- I need the product NOW or very soon.- The price is competitive with online suppliers, especially after factoring in shipping costs.- I really need to see and feel the product first hand before deciding on a purchase.- I like to support my local economy so long as I'm not over-spending.- The store or salespeople were very helpful so I feel they deserve the sale.Looking forward to your responses.

I was taught that if the tenant/buyers don't buy, your reputation goes down the toilet, and your business always follows your reputation.With regard to the 2 year financing approval, only problem I see with that is the fact that the housing market is still spinning downward (at least in my markets) and 24 months is too long.

My competitors that do not have websites are at an automatic disadvantage as 92% of home buyers are starting their search online and sellers know that and do their homework on you and your web presence prior to meeting with you.
