The red flag is there was not "high water" usage alert. 

My property manager is working with the village and the village told them they would "red tag" it. 

This same crazy tenant also put a red dot through plastic when my contractor installed granite and windows in his unit.

hello BP communityI own a lake front rental property in the red hot upstate NY market that I'm using for STR.

Their Linkedin raises a lot of red flags, as does their website if you take the time to read through it properly. 

The tongue in cheek attitude in the industry about how long to wait after a 1031 to refinance was "long enough to put down the pen from the purchase and pick up another pen to sign the loan documents.Your accountant will have better sense if there's any red flags with your normal use of refi proceeds. 

The market has been so red hot here in Chicago and if something doesn't sell in the first few weeks you are probably over priced. 

People are moving to red states, yes.

I drew the red rectangle island in the mid of the kitchen and asked if my contractor can run the pipes from the kitchen & bath (in the right) from the floor (I am pretty sure the joists run this way).

The first 2 can be problematic depending on your area.Also, people who are not detail oriented and try to to self manage can struggle with S8 because there is more red tape and paperwork.
