The beauty of Renters Insurance is that the claim is not on my record or property. 4) The cost of this policy is the same as Renters Insurance, but it doesn't cover the renters personal property, and is worse for you when a claim comes in.Pass.

Then have the property appraiser update the records to show that it is part of the heated square footage... too many try to use porch areas as bedrooms and get caught later because it is not permitted properly...

Also most warranty deeds except out restrictions, taxes and easements of record from the warranty, so if the title company didn't take exception for an easement and an easement holder shows up it probably won't be a breach of warranty but it would have been covered by the title policy.I'm not an attorney and this isn't legal advice, it's just my opinion.
