I read Rich Dad Poor Dad after I graduated college... three years ago.

I started reading from real estate books (Rich Dad, Poor Dad, etc), but honestly couldn't focus enough with all that was going on and decided to focus on my health.  

So I'll add here that you're better off starting by reading multi-family books (including two of David Lindahl), listening to podcasts, asking questions on BP, networking.)

I have never read a lease which would allow you terminate Most likely you are also going to be named as a creditor in the bankruptcy.

When setting up our Solo401k, I read I needed to keep all monies separate, My rollovers, My wife's Rollovers, My contributions, etc.So I currently have two accounts, My rollovers ($92,xxx) and my wife's rollovers ($2,7xxx).My question is, do I now need a third account for doing the actual purchases?

After that, as a recent podcast guest said (sorry BP, I don't remember who)  "you don't need to read a lot of books.
