Definitely do it, if you are comfortable.

You’re getting me to open my field of vision and reach for something out of my comfort zone, something bigger.

I invest mostly in southwestern-ish Ohio (Springfield and Dayton), which has provided the returns we wanted in areas we are comfortable with.

It is my understanding that portfolio lenders are typically more comfortable lending to investors inside an LLC.I know many other investors have bought properties in their own name to get favorable financing and then performed a quitclaim deed in order to transfer ownership to the LLC.

I've never used a lawyer to set up my LLCs but I would if I wasn't comfortable.

It may feel daunting in the beginning but I you have to go outside your comfort zone if you want to reach heights you have never achieved Beating of luck!

I grew up in both the Rockford and Champaign/Urbana areas and he went to UIUC so we had two lower cost options that we both felt comfortable with and required much less capital to purchase in.

I feel like we have a pretty good handle on what we are required to provide and feel comfortable saying no to the rest.  

What I can recommend is find someone that comes recommended and you are comfortable with. 

I am definitely emphasizing the modern conveniences my cabins offer (wifi, full kitchen, delivery services etc) so people feel like they'll have all the comforts of home while still getting a change of pace.
