HI I am looking to buy multi unit property in Ohio state I need help in understanding which city is bets for map CAP rate

 The best cap rate is probably a small middle of nowhere town. If you are looking for the best investment, I would recommend looking into one of the larger cities. I invest in Columbus, Ohio.
