I have gotten several email replies from others that say they agree with me but few are willing to make a public statement I support.

I do get discouraged as I wish I was popping off deals like it seems others do (and notice I said it seems-  it's a perception that I know is not reality - this business takes work and hustle) but I also know that it will all come in due time and experience.  

They say I'm welcome to use the public records computer to look up individual cases.I know this has to be bull, because plenty of other wholesalers get this list.

Lets assume all this is true and you have a friend who works at a company with a secret connection to HUD that is not publicly listed even though government contractors are listed publicly.  

MARKET yourself, put ads out on Craigslist, banner signs, business cards, drive for dollars (knock on doors), write letters to vacant property owners, and visit your county public records.
