How do you finance pre-foreclosure lead?

I apologize if this may have already been asked/discussed, but here's the gist of it: I purchased a 3-unit property at an awesome price (under $50k), in a good area, that needs rehabbing!  

If your tenants don't want to report, ask them to call you when the individuals are hanging out in front of the property and you can report it.

Need tp prepare for Secyion 8 physical inspection of the property. 

I have a property with over $80K in equity.

There is still money to be made but not via a turnkey property.

Is he talking about cost based on what the total cost of the property would be over time, or just what the total cost of the property would be to the REI over time? 

Typical properties we are looking at are around 400k.

I do and I can say it has great potential for new construction and existing properties.
