YouTube has been a great platform for me to self-promote as well as market my properties in a unique way.

The belief that the market is to hot to find any good deals is a limiting one.

that could be the litigious/precedent reasoning why you have agents claiming you should consider females and their mother or daughter in your male household.Heck, even today I still see small rooming houses advertising as 'Christian home' or 'Male Rooms' - but I can't put a finger on where and if it says anywhere in law that small residential private property and private organizations can choose who they share their roof with based even on gender and maybe even holistic beliefs?!

I plan to self manage and promote everything else  cap rate seems to be mediocre.  

Of course, over that time between my tax returns which I will put 100% towards saving for my down payment and (hopefully) increase in pay and promotions that time timeline could decrease but, for now my math is based off my current situation.

@Jared G.I'd focus less on what you absolutely hate and focus more on acquiring the skill set to achieve the goals you set for yourself.There's very much this cheap pop psychological belief in our society that some people are introverts, and some are extroverts, and an introvert can never acquire, no matter how hard he works,  the social skills than an extrovert has.
