It seems like its an all in one CRM that integrates many of the features that call rail has as well as being an all  around functional CRM for text, email, voicemail follow up campaigns.

Hey everyone,I closed on a new property on February, the tenant sent March rent by mistake to the previous owner, who refused to send it to me, saying that this covers  the tenant's past owed rent.I have an email from the tenant stating that this amount was intended to pay March rent, so I think that the owner has no right to apply it to the previous rent owed, since it's not his money.Do you think I have grounds for taking a legal action based on the tenant email?

We have one property and after getting a rather large CPA bill ($1600+) for the 1065 Partnership Returns and K-1 forms (along with a bit, not a lot, of correspondence on phone and email about quickbooks, which we use). 

You'd be surprised how many providers can talk a good game over email, but can't facilitate a tour, stop communicating when it comes to actually showing you their properties.

I already tried calling the city planning and they told me to send an email, which I did but haven't heard back. 

It is a foreclosure, so I am thinking it will have to be private $.The asking is $46K.

I have heard it all the time that people uses private money lender, hard money lender, partners for funding a deal.

Notify both parties, the less money supplied by bankers or mortgage institute or even private lenders make selling a property more challenging than before.
