I was only a few hours away from finishing a minor in real estate when I graduated from UIC in 2011 (they failed to offer any of the courses required to complete the minor during my last 3 semesters there), and have been reading - or listening to - everything I can get my hands on for the past several months.My goal is to have accumulate a portfolio of 30 rental units by January of 2021.
