She makes sure all the dots are hit etc etc.. well worth it not worth her time to do her own paper work.. this lady has about 10 agents she does this for and makes a very nice living without leaving her home all desk work and highly sought after.so there are some ideas.. although probably not popular and you will probably just say forget that .. but its some ideas for someone who has limited capital and thinks wholesaling will set you free..

This is not the most popular path to financial freedom as most people don't like getting dirty but definatley is the best option in my opinion.

I've done some reading through the more popular topics on the site, and I'm currently listening through all of the podcasts, but while actually partaking in the investment is something that I've yet to do, I understand the analysis from a cash flow perspective because of my background, and have built models in excel to analyze potential investments (though I'll likely leverage this site's Pro tools for the reports and PM's). 

I just replaced my clay lateral because it had an offset/rootball and you can come back with some pretty high quotes to counter your offer with depending on the video inspection.

I have been guilty of staying cheap in areas that were cheap...never buy properties in bad area is the best lesson...I had  camera installed and saw thief cut the main power line and steal the cameras in Joliet and police reports and police is waste of time and insurance can be expensive...I have had simplisafe wireless alarm system that is great for identifying who comes in and leaves..because you can assign codes to each worker.if you could have a combo system of simplisafe  or another wireless system with a camera system combo that captures who is going in and out might be your best option...you need alarm system with video capture because we still have people leaving garbage in parking lot that alarms can't prevent...I have not come across anything better that has active alarm system with videos.
