He uses the other 2 garage stalls as storage for his plumbing stuff (almost impossible to walk around) and has several cars (buried in the snow) and even a semi-truck on the property as a storage unit.Our initial plan was to fix up both units and the refinance them separately and attempt our first BRRRR.

Once a customer came by to pick up her car, forgot to bring cash, but had her wallet with credit cards.

I am willing and ready to pick up and move where need be.

@Guillermo Vladimir RoblesI can only think of three strategies if 50K is your total budget:1) Subject to (you'd have to be able to pick up a significant mortgage payment)2) Mobile homes too old to qualify for conventional financing3) Lease a really nice car and buy some designer suits.

Of course, if someone is unavailable, someone else can pick up the slack.  

Would you prefer hands-off, more passive ownership in something like a NNN lease commercial property where all you do is pick up checks from the mailbox each month?

My question is for the furniture that is in the house and clothes and anything else that could be donated does anyone recommend a company that comes out to do site pickups.
