Aside of that, we were pretty much a lawn ornament, just sitting there looking pretty and being useless.ya out here the brokerages get their commissions via electronic transfer and the Alta same thing its e mailed to them or put in their drop box no one physically takes paper documents anywhere and has not forever..

They paid rent monthly for 1 year then decided to exercise their right & purchased the property.If Buyer "A" had decided that they didn't want to purchase the property at the end of the predetermined time (1 year) the seller could have put the property back on the market & sold it to any other buyer.
