I can’t seem to find that in the App Store

All of my rentals have been 'no pet' properties, but...I have a tenant leaving soon who brought in an "assistance" animal - a dog.So I have a few questions.If you know the tenant has a dog, do you require them to flea-bomb when they vacate?

I just buy $10 doorknob/deadbolt lock and key set from a local store and install them myself.

It ended up being cheaper than the custom window to fit our size and the materials were all at local store.

My husband also says he's not sure that anyone's going to want to live next to to a lot being rented out to store vehicles either....unless we build a huge wall (right now it's just a construction fence).
