Are real estate open houses and showings permitted?

Around here, the roofers are struggling to pull the proper permits because most government offices are closed.

How do you get permits?

That will be plan C.I normally get most of my business from VRBO at top dollar.I have lowered the price some due to the situation and I have been tearing it up from the bargain shoppers and non planner's on Airbnb.So I am happy for the moment but want to get back to the higher paying VRBO customers.

My wife also owned her own condo, so we had that as a rental.In 2015 we (somewhat regretfully) sold both our places and put the equity into some land and we designed a custom built home.

What do you suppose the customer experience will be when they have to coordinate showings in this human-free hands-off automated system of yours?

Get an idea if the county/city is allowing building now (there) and if so how long the process to get permits is, and what the likelihood of interference from any "Committee" will be with design, development or business type.4.

Maybe when I pull a permit that could also be enough.I really prefer to do most of the work myself to stretch the funds out.
