There is an office that is detached from the house that we could make super cute and promote as a private haven for people and do a few more fun things with the large space of the backyard. 

@Immanuel Pierre one thing I have seen people do successfully is to use one of the current tenants as the "house parent" and reducing their rent a bit for the added headache.

People who have a W2 job are likely not going to qualify.People who manage their properties full time shouldn't have a very difficult time qualifying if they are truley involved with day to day operations.
