Many times they share their knowledge just because they are passionate about what they do and are nice people. 

Maybe, but I'm fighting the "addiction" mentioned in the video and making a move while it's still "up".

And then there's no motivation and no know-how.... like the 40 year olds that still live with their parents and play video games all day long. 

I immediately started watching more and more of the videos because he made the field sound not so intimidating.

Usually you have the option to put in your info including website, company name etc. once you have them all created, link to them from your website and when possible have them linking to each other. share your pinterest pictures or youtube videos on Facebook Etc.
