I'm actually originally from Pikesville and I have a family member that use to work in a property management company in the city so that's another person I trust and can consult with that has a feel to the city.

@John Bruccoliere This will depend on your state, In California where I'm originally from, a non-licensee can collect a "Referral or Finders fee" for the introduction.
