Can transfering the title to a land trust help overcome the owner occupancy requirement on JADU

Hey there, just got a quick question,Im 21 and in school looking to get into real estate investing but would love to gain some real experience, are there any options to get experience online?

Do you require a lien release for work performed?

Many groups during Covid have switched to online only or a combination of online/in person events.

Not only will it help you understand the industry better, but you'll be able to analyze the market/deals yourself.There are plenty of online resources to help you accomplish this within a few months, and I'm sure it will open a lot of doors for you down the line.

I use QuickBooks Online.

Some cities require the STR permit number in the title or very top of the OTA listing so city permit  technicians can scan and keep track otherwise the owner will be contacted and fined for forgetting or shut down if operating illegally.Some cities have a 24/7 STR hotline dedicated to receiving any complaints (from neighbors, HOA) for a code compliance officer to act onSome cities issue expensive fines for those operating without the STR permit

Online reviews can be a good place to start to get a general feel for a lenders reputation and consistency.
