Hello Everyone,I am building a storage unit facility and 38 of the units are going to be large 14' by 45' units with power over head doors with 2 light fixtures. 

Anyone ever deal with an oil tank buried underground?

Added renter to the commercial office and marketed the facility better to drive up occupancy.

If I had access to “unlimited funds”, I would buy 200 unit plus apartment buildings, self storage facilities, and even mobile home parks as well as industrial buildings in good areas for cash flow, I wouldn’t use it to flip!

Hi - I'm evaluating a 200+ unit senior living facility that has an assisted living component covering 25% of the units.

I know in my state Oregon you cannot put multiple bene's on a debt obligation.... without doing whats called a real estate paper offering... which Is a mini PPMalthough my banks that I have large facilities with do partner with other banks.. and of course we never see who it is or how much.. other than my banker tells me they got a partner.I like it though... can't wait to see it... !!!

If you're talking about assisted living facilities, there is quite a bit of money to be made, but there are also licensing issues and a lot of hoops to jump through.

I'm in the Clearlake area and work in the oil industry.

The corp pays for the auto expenses for all its employees (gas, oil changes, tires, etc) because it requires its employees to drive quite a bit to investigate and see properties.
