A lot of the construction projects have slowed plus the covid thing isn’t helping so I did decide to drop the 6month lease and do month-to-month to be more attractive to traveling workers but our lease does still contain the language that we must receive a 30 day notice that they are leaving or the deposit is forfeited.

We will consider adding language to our Lease if something is not covered that an owner wants.What do you & the tenant define as a MoveIn Inspection?
