While I know that banks do occasionally sell packages of their worst REOs, this whole tape, fee, and NCND business is, as far as I can tell, totally bogus.If you're actually getting individual properties under contract from your own marketing efforts, then simply get them under contract (i.e., a signed purchase agreement) then pass the info to your buyers.
