Good morning BP, i wanted to know if anyone has used a fha 203k loan to flip a property.

They would like to close in the middle of December.

I surmise it's probably somewhere in the middle.

The morning of the eviction, the tenants came up with the money needed in the judgement to avoid foreclosure. 

I had someone come out and look at the furnace this morning and I will update you guys on what they said once I get the report back from them.
