Good morning everyone,Quick question on financial due diligence, we have an accepted offer on our first actual commercial property (8 units), the financials they sent looked good, but how do you guys verify what they sent is actually the revenue and expenses for the past years?

@Jon Lanclos I rent STRs to contractors working at CVR Refining in Coffeyville Kansas.The most common thing I hear is every Monday morning when doing pre-employment drug screens for the refinery is "I wish I would have known about your furnished houses yesterday". 

I have called around a lot to no avail.

You've all given me a lot to think about in terms of what course of action I should take.

pretty much everything that was probably not worth something or that he could not take with him to the nursing home.Friday night and Saturday morning were spent clearing out everything that was left in the property.

A lot to think about.
