At times buyers are willing to assist with moving costs directly or purchase personal belongings which could be a grey area move to some servicers and investors.

This agent would mainly assist with Running Comps & BPO's, Researching some high cash value area's, and listing property's on the MLS when needed.

Of course there are some considerations:You need a Qualified Intermediary to assist with the transaction, ensure all documentation is in place, and keep all the money at arms length.

Pretty much the same answer if you try to use a state/local downpayment assistance program or something like NFCU's 100% financing program.
