Realtor and Mentor to assist m with Puchasing,Rehab and flipping

The only experience I have had with real estate was the acquisition of  a property by a family member.I rented it for seven years and sold it during the market downturn period. I am new to fix an flip. I was previously working with a realtor and he stated he did not have the time to assist me. He provided information for an asset lender, walked me through a property and informed briefly on cosmetic rehab and extensive rehab.
