A realtor who is well established in the area will always have contacts for landscaping, handymen, contractors, labor, lenders etc.

I had to establish my account with the power company (the landlord needed the account number) before I could sign the lease.However, the entire complex of 350 units gets one bill for the sewer, trash, and water.

We used this as a chance to establish a relationship with the PD and give them our contact information.Not sure if there are lessons learned from our experience, but I hope so.

You also have some overflow from slightly more expensive Belton/Temple where you have Major Medical and a University.

Just the savings in medications alone is probably in the tens of thousands. 

I know that may be limiting me, but for me walking into an established business is just more secure.I am always shocked how many people fall for the old "just send me a few thousand and I will send you $100K" type scams.

But, I'm betting on the growing medical economy.

These types of issues need to be handled with delicacy until negligence is established.
