Whilst I run to get my real estate license for the MLS I wanted to get somewhat of a feel for the market, what better way to do that then ask someone who's already invested. 

My first move would probably be house hacking a single family or multi family home, depending on what is in the market for me.

We have found that there is more of a market in the Melbourne area than the beach (go figure ha!)

I live and invest in Charlottesville and I can tell you that the market has basically ground to a halt.
