Pay stubs can be faked and have seen firms on craigslist offering "the best fake paystubs on the internet".The park manager is your make or break issue.  2nd is how fast you can sell for any price, any price.You might read back threads re how much one should pay for a MH in a park, max fix up and the research one must do before buying.
