It sounds like your system is being installed w/o moving the home is that correct?

I list on both airbnb and homeaway and maintain a 20-25 nights booked EVERY MONTH.

It comes down to having a disciplined approach to investing and maintaining that discipline no matter the market fluctuations.

We met with him a couple times just to talk & he basically said he wanted to travel more to see his grandkids and it just wasn't feasable to try and maintain the properties as well.

Demand is always in the rent.My model is selling multiple properties that are vacant whether renovated or need renovation so investors buy for the correct usage of the property but are able to add value when occupied/stabilized. 

With that price range you are absolutely correct in choosing the Riverside, San Bernardino counties.
