However, a strong rental demand, healthy property value increases, supply lagging behind demand in the B & C property types, and continuous population growth can really make an LA commercial property a gem in someone's real estate portfolio.Some of the areas I would find interesting are Eagle Rock and Highland Park.

If it is simply something that is chronic, known and this is a common known monthly dance, they are are occupying, taking care of the property and have been their a while, its at your discretion if you want to rock that boat.
