Hi .I used to build them.Very ruff.Depending on clients.But great pay....State funded.Make sure you have them fix and maintain property in lease.

I think we will just try to rent it the more traditional route as a yearly or monthly lease.

In most places you need to honor the current lease, however when the lease is up (at least with a normal tenant I'm not 100% if it is the same with Section 8) you can give proper notice that you will not be renewing the lease.
